By enrolling in any of our courses, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Course Enrollment & Payments

1. We do not provide any course for free.
   Every student must pay the course fee to continue training.

2. A student may take one demo class for free before paying the course fee.

3. After the demo class, a student must pay the course fee to confirm enrollment.

2. Class Attendance Requirements

1. Students must attend classes on time.

2. Missing classes without notice may affect progress.

3. Crack Point is not responsible for personal delays or absences.

3. Refund Policy

We follow a clear and fair refund policy:

3.1 Full Refund Eligibility

• A student can receive a full refund within the first 5 classes
  if they are not satisfied or have any personal reasons.

3.2 No Refund After 50% Completion

• For the Complete Mobile Repair Course, refunds are not available after:

  • The student has attended 50% of the classes, OR

  • 30 days have passed since enrollment (whichever comes first).

3.3 Partial Payment / Balance Fees

• If a student cannot pay the remaining fees,
  no refund will be provided for the amount already paid.

• Training access may be stopped if the full course fee is not paid.

4. Payment Terms

1. All fees must be paid through the approved payment methods.

2. Transaction receipts or proof of payment must be kept by the student.

3. Fees are non-transferable to other individuals or courses.

5. Training Materials

1. Notes, videos, tools, and training materials provided during the course are for personal use only.

2. Students may not copy, publish, share, or distribute any training materials without permission.

6. Conduct & Discipline

1. Students must behave respectfully with trainers and classmates.

2. Any misconduct may result in termination of training without refund.

7. Changes to Terms

Crack Point reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Updates will be posted on our website with the latest revision date.
