A Motorola Edge 50 Fusion came to our PhoneLab service center with major power issues. The phone was not turning on properly, and even when it attempted to start, it only showed a white display. On DC Power Supply, the device consumed 180mA and held at 190mA after pressing the power button — which clearly indicated a deep hardware fault.

The consistent 180–190mA power hold and white display pointed towards a CPU communication failure. After microscopic inspection, we found that several CPU solder balls were dry or partially disconnected. This caused display data lines to break, preventing the phone from booting normally.

DC Power Supply-র 180–190mA Hold এবং White Display দেখে বোঝা গেল এটি একটি CPU Communication Problem। মাইক্রোস্কোপে চেক করার পর দেখা যায় CPU-এর নিচের কিছু solder ball শুকিয়ে গেছে বা আংশিকভাবে বিচ্ছিন্ন হয়েছে। এর ফলে Display-এর Data Line CPU-তে পৌঁছাচ্ছিল না, এবং ফোন ঠিকভাবে Boot হচ্ছিল না।
